Hi, I'm Jorden Savoury

I'm a strength coach who believes every woman deserves to feel powerful in her body, without the intimidation factor.

Movement, strength, and helping others have always been part of who I am. I have over a decade of experience in the weight room, built through my years as an elite track and field athlete. Training at a high level taught me more than how to lift heavy or move fast. It taught me discipline, consistency, injury prevention, and the importance of doing things the right way. I learned early that real strength comes from patience, proper technique, and showing up consistently.

Alongside athletics, I have always worked in helping roles throughout my life. Supporting others, guiding people, and making a positive impact has always come naturally to me. That background is what eventually led me to change careers and become a personal trainer.

My goal is not to train people like athletes. My goal is to train people as individuals. I work with all ages and experience levels, whether someone is new to fitness, returning after time away, or simply looking to feel stronger and move better. Training should feel challenging but realistic, structured but flexible, and supportive rather than intimidating.

During my time as an elite athlete, I learned what it means to train with purpose. But I also learned that the fitness world can feel exclusive and intimidating for women who are just getting started.

That's why I created SVRY Strength—a space where women can build real strength without the pressure to be perfect. Whether you've never touched a weight or you're looking to level up, I'm here to meet you exactly where you are. I focus on building strength that carries over into everyday life. Strength that helps you move better, feel more confident, and stay consistent long term. There is no judgment, no ego, and no one-size-fits-all approach. Just smart training built around you.
