I'm a strength coach who believes every woman deserves to feel powerful in her body—without the intimidation factor.
My journey into fitness started on the track as a sprinter at McGill University, where I learned what it means to train with purpose. But I also learned that the fitness world can feel exclusive and intimidating for women who are just getting started.
That's why I created SVRY Strength—a space where women can build real strength without the pressure to be perfect. Whether you've never touched a weight or you're looking to level up, I'm here to meet you exactly where you are.
When I'm not in the gym, you can find me exploring Montreal, trying new coffee spots, or sharing lifestyle and beauty content on Instagram.
